One Belt, One Road or the The Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-century Maritime Silk Road proposed by Chinese president Xi Jinping that focuses on connectivity and cooperation among countries primarily between China and the rest of Eurosia, which consists of two main components, the land-based "Silk Road Economic Belt " (SREB) and oceangoing "Martime Silk Road" (MSR).
